Certos-2TX heavy trailed compact disc harrow

For even better levelling and crumbling, a Crushboard is available for Catros-2TX and Certos-2TX. With this Special option, after ploughing, for instance, coarse surface clods be crushed and the seedbed optimally repared. The depth setting is carried out steplessly mechanically or is, as an option, also available with a comfortable hydraulic depth setting which allows the very precise and infinitely variable adjustment from the tractor seat.

Both the bogey chassis and the central running gear provide all trailed compact disc harrows with high manoeuvrability and excellent driving characteristics. Quickly folded to a transport width of 3 m, all the trailed compact disc harrows are also extremely safe on the road.

All machines are permitted to travel at 40 km/h for quick transport. Only in conjunction with an air braking system for all 2TX models with central running gear and also as an option on the heavier machines with 2TS bogey chassis and at the larger working widths. Please observe the national traffic regulations!

Comprehensive and suitable mounting and drawbar possibilities are available for all compact disc harrows and any kind of tractor. The flange plate allows the easy and quick mounting of any of the linkage options. In addition, the category of the lower linkage can be quickly changed. Only the linkage pins are interchanged for this purpose. As a result, the right linkage can be selected for any tractor, no matter whether it is Cat. II, III, III-N, IV, IV-N lower linkages, or one of various towing eye sizes or the K80 ball coupling.

In order to increase the penetration into the soil on dry, hard soils, additional ballast weight are available as a special option. An additional weight set consists of four 25 kg slices. The maximum additional weight for rigid machines is 200 kg. Up to 300 kg is possible for folding 3-point mounted machines and the Catros⁺-2TS models (4 m to 6 m working width).

The optional toolbox for the Catros⁺-2TS and Catros⁺-2TX can be fitted to the drawbar and offers additional valuable storage space.

Crushboards are available as an option for the Catros-2TX and Certos-2TX, in order to achieve even better levelling and crumbling. This option enables e.g. coarse clods on the surface to be broken up after ploughing and the seedbed to be optimally prepared. Adjustment of the working depth is mechanical and infinitely variable. A comfortable hydraulic depth adjustment which allows highly precise and infinitely variable adjustment from the tractor seat is also offered as an option.
